Indications

Restorative solution for full arch edentulous cases.

Contraindications

Sharp alveolar ridges or severe undercuts that prevent passive seating
Cases with inaccurate scanning or model data due to extreme resorption
Patients with PMMA or bonding resin allergies
Severe TMJ disorders or heavy parafunctional habits

Limitations

Monolithic milled dentures may appear less natural than layered designs
Bonded tooth variants require manual finishing and polishing
Material wastage due to milling disc removal
Requires high-quality scan/model since no intraoral corrections possible

Preparation

A fully edentulous digital scan is required, including clearly captured anatomical landmarks such as tuberosities, frenal attachments, and vestibular depth. Accurate centric relation, vertical dimension, and interarch relationship records must be provided to ensure optimal CAD design and milling precision.

CAD/CAM internal validation of occlusal clearance, margin integrity and base thickness
Design review by Godent technical team before milling
Adaptation and retention evaluation using provided model or scan
Quality inspection of tooth bonding interface, gingival contour, and shade accuracy prior to shipment

Design Options

Full‑contour monolithic design, bonded or prefabricated tooth arch, anatomical or flat occlusion, optional try‑in prototype setup.

Godent provides a one‑year limited warranty covering material defects and fabrication errors; eligible cases under this policy may be remade at no additional cost, and digital design files are retained securely for future reproductions or revisions.
